Things we love…

It’s been a well loved favourite of parents around the globe for 10 years now and Baby Jogger has released a special Anniversary Edition to celebrate this. There is loads to love about this pushchair, especially the fold. You can fold the City Mini with baby on your hip; just pull the handle in the crease of the seat and snap, it’s folded! And it’s not just easy, it is small too. It folds so flat that the pushchair can be stored almost anywhere. Behind doors, hung on doors, corners of rooms, car boots… You name it, we couldn’t find a place where it wouldn’t fit!

The hood is a great feature too. It is large and gives great coverage. It sits nice and high over the top of the seat unit, meaning that even older children taking a rest in the pushchair can get the best shelter. The fabrics on the seat of the Anniversary Edition are highlighted with gorgeous tan leather accents and are thick and spongy, making them lovely and soft for baby.

Things to look out for…

We can see why this pushchair has been so popular for so long. It is simple but 100% functional in every way.

We have only found one feature that really keeps us wanting more and that is the lack of footrest on the seat unit. Young babies have nowhere to rest their legs when sleeping and for this reason our 12-month-old tester found the seat uncomfortable at times. It would also be great if the bumper bar was gate-opening.

Our verdict
