BeSafe Stretch B Car Seat - Sea Green Melange

The BeSafe Stretch B Fresh Sea Green Melange car seat is a baby and toddler car seat in one. This means that you only need one seat from birth up to 7 years (entire rear-facing period). A special baby insert, as well as adjustment of the seat's legroom and back length, give your child plenty of room to grow. As Stretch is mounted with the vehicle’s own belt, it can be placed both in the front seat and anywhere in the rear, regardless of where the vehicle has ISOFIX attachment points. Stretch B has won several awards and has passed the world’s toughest crash test: the Plus Test.

BeSafe received an incredible response from parents worldwide when they launched the BeSafe Stretch, a car seat designed to accommodate children from 6 months to 7 years old. However, the demand for a seat that could be used from birth was significant, prompting BeSafe to introduce a 'B' version—where B stands for Baby.

The story behind the BeSafe Stretch and Stretch B: Most parents tend to turn their children forward-facing when they reach about 3–4 years of age. However, the safest option is for children to remain rear-facing for longer.

With this evidence in mind, BeSafe dedicated itself to creating a car seat that offers exceptional safety performance in crash tests, even for children up to 7 years old. Consumer insights revealed that a common issue with rear-facing seats is that children outgrow them by weight before they reach 125 cm in height. To address this, BeSafe set an ambitious goal for the Stretch to support a weight of 36 kg while still providing sufficient legroom for older children. No other car seat manufacturer has achieved this. BeSafe, with its experience in making child car seats since 1963, has utilised all these years of expertise to develop this outstanding car seat.

Baby Shell for the baby’s first months
A unique baby insert that provides the perfect recline angle for babies and has the same angle found in baby car seats. Baby Shell consists of a cushion insert and an outer shell for additional protection (Dynamic Force Absorber™). This increases safety in the event of side impacts and provides good comfort for the baby. Baby Shell comes together with our soft Newborn Hugger. This is an extra cushion that hugs and supports the youngest babies.

Rear facing from birth up to 7 years
Because with BeSafe Stretch B, your child can sit rear facing from birth until they're around 7 years old (125 cm and with a weight of 36 kg). This means that you only need to buy one seat that fits the entire rear-facing period.

Unbeatable legroom
It's easy to adjust the legroom on Stretch B using the front bar. Can be adjusted as your child grows by up to 26 cm. Plenty of space and comfort, even for a 7-year-old.

Easy and flexible installation
You can easily install your seat with your car’s own safety belt in just a few steps, without having to depend on where the ISOFIX attachment points are in your car. This means that you can also install Stretch B in the front passenger seat, which can be handy with a small baby. The belts attached to the anchorage point in the floor retract automatically, making it easier to install correctly. Simple locking and tensioning mechanism ensures everyone can get a secure installation.

Unique frame for maximum safety
The car seat has a unique outer frame that absorbs impact energy in the event of a frontal collision. What's more, the back of the seat is extra-rigid to keep the child in a stable position in the event of an impact.
